Every SHULU piece arrives beautifully packaged, ready to gift. If you'd like help choosing the perfect piece, you can schedule a Virtual Shopping appointment, and we'll guide you to something truly special.

Which payment platform do you use?

We accept payment via PayPal and PayFast. Simply choose your preferred platform at checkout and pay securely with any major credit or debit card - no account needed. 

Which Shipment companies do you use?

We use both UPS and FedEx for our international shipping, and The Courier Guy for domestic (South African) deliveries. Fill out your address details during the checkout process for carrier options.

What are the delivery times and rates?

You will find delivery times and rates for your location during the checkout process. Please ensure you select your country and enter your full address and postal code to reveal the carrier options available to you. All of our international shipping rates include taxes and duties.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order number and a link to your order status page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your jewellery for shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from your carrier.

What is the SHULU Returns and Exchanges Policy?

SHULU has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may also request an exchange of the item you purchased. Read our Returns and Exchanges Policy for details.
