Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express – processed securely via PayPal. South African customers may also pay via PayFast, which supports local card payments and EFT.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£). Your bank or card provider may apply a foreign exchange fee for non-GBP accounts – please check with them directly.

SHIPPING

International

We ship internationally via UPS and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International delivery typically takes 4–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

South Africa

We ship domestically via The Courier Guy. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Overnight delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

Duties & Taxes

All applicable duties and taxes are included in the shipping rate shown to you at checkout. There are no surprise charges on delivery — what you see is what you pay.
