Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping

We use both UPS and FedEx for our international shipping, and The Courier Guy for domestic (South African) deliveries. Please enter your address details during checkout to view carrier options.

Note: Our international shipping rates include taxes and duties.

Delivery times and rates

You will find delivery times and rates for your location during the checkout process. Please ensure you select your country and enter your full address and postal code to reveal the carrier options available to you. All of our international shipping rates include taxes and duties.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order number and a link to your order status page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your jewellery for shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from your carrier.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

SHULU has a 14-day returns and exchanges policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition you received them, unworn and unused, with tags intact, in the original jewellery pouch and packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or an exchange will not be accepted.

Upon acceptance of your return or exchange, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: SHULU does not cover the shipment costs of returning items to us, nor does it take liability for any damage incurred to the item(s) during shipments. We recommend that a reputable, trackable and insured shipping service be used when returning items to us.

Issues
We thoroughly inspect and photograph each SHULU jewellery piece before we send it to you. In the rare case that you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded the amount you paid for the item(s) (excluding delivery charges) on your original payment method within 10 working days.

EXCHANGES
Once the item(s) have been returned to us, and your exchange has been accepted, we will credit your SHULU account so that you can purchase the item(s) you want. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the courier fees for the collection of the items you are exchanging, and for any new items you order.

Note: All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration or whose tag has been removed, cannot be accepted.
